Our role
ReamPorn is a site that indexes adult videos; we do not host any video files ourselves. This means we cannot remove videos from the internet, but we do remove their listings and embedded players on our site. If you want a video taken down completely, you should also contact the website hosting the actual file.
How to submit a copyright notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))
To report a copyright issue, please send us a notice that includes:
- The URL(s) of the listing(s) on reamporn.com
- A description of the copyrighted work you own
- Your full name, address, and e-mail address
- A statement made in good faith saying the use is unauthorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act
- Your signature (a typed signature is acceptable)
Send your notice to the Copyright Agent, who is the designated representative for the operator of ReamPorn, via our contact page at contact page.
What happens next
We review valid notices within a few business days and remove the reported listings. If you believe a video was removed unfairly, you can submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) using the same contact method. Any sources that repeatedly generate valid copyright complaints will be removed from our index completely.
